📣 What's new in 2021 🔥

📣 What's new in 2021! 🔥

Exciting updates in CEE Itinerary, GOL IBE and TripGate. Better agent efficiency, compliance & control, inspire your customers and serve them with style.

Ticketing & auto-billing queue

Where? In GOL IBE and TripGate.

What's new? The agency settings section in the admin console now offers a new way to define Queues in tabs:

How does that help me? You can now set up your ticketing Queue and auto-billing Queue.

The ticketing Queue is designed mainly for corporate users of TripGate who don't have automated ticketing set up. Bookings approved by their managers are sent to this Queue and are ready for manual ticketing.

The auto-billing Queue is handy for your accounting and exports into other systems. This Queue receives bookings that have been ticketed and you can therefore issue an invoice for them.

Ticket number from SSR TKNE in passenger detail when e-ticket and/or Filed Fare is not available (non-IATA)

Where? In CEE Itinerary. What's new? Previously, the e-ticket number field was empty when a non-IATA agency displayed itinerary for a PNR issued by a consolidator IATA agency. Now, CEE Itinerary displays the e-ticket number from the SSR TKNE element.

How does that help me? If you're a non-IATA agency, you can now display e-ticket numbers in your customer itineraries.

Notes in bookings after they're approved

Where? In TripGate. What's new? The settings for automated notes in bookings now offer a new option: after approval. These are notes that are added to bookings after they've been approved by the manager.

You can also use placeholders representing various information from TripGate, combine them with whatever text and have them stored in bookings. How does that help me? You can now include more data in automated exports for your corporate customers and their statistics and evaluations.

Notes in bookings after they're approved for individual passengers

Where? In TripGate. What's new? The settings for automated notes in bookings now offer a new option: after approval - each traveler. These are notes that are added to bookings for each traveler after they've been approved by the manager.

How does that help me? You can now include more data for individual travelers in automated exports for your corporate customers and their statistics and evaluations.

Travelfusion limitation per destinations is cancelled

Where? In TripGate.

What's new? TripGate is no longer limited by the anti-fraud functionality and now returns both low-cost and NDC search results regardless of the departure city and destination.

How does that help me? Your customers using TripGate are not limited in any way when searching for low-cost flights.

Branded Fares (phase I.)

Where? In GOL IBE and TripGate. What's new? Your customers can now get a consolidated list of search results where they can see more options for each result, typically an option without baggage and with baggage.

How does that help me? Your customers can clearly see all the options for individual flights, including alternatives with and without baggage.

List of sent notifications now available in your admin console

Where? In GOL IBE. What's new? The Notifications section in the admin console offers a new item called Sent notifications.

Click and you will see a list of all notifications sent by your GOL IBE.

That's not all. Thanks to this neat feature: ✔️ If you click on SEND TO ME, you will receive an email copy of the notification. It's always generated newly based on the current template. This way you can fine tune the final look of your email notifications without having to create new bookings. ✔️ You can let GOL IBE send you copies of only those notifications sent to customers, so you can check how they look. ✔️ If a customer claims that they didn't receive a notification from you, you can check whether and when it was sent, you can forward it to your email or re-send it to the customer. ✔️ If you need to comment on a booking created online, you can forward the notification to your mailbox, add your comments and send it to a customer from your mail client. How does that help me? You can very easily fine tune the final look of your notifications and monitor what has been sent from your GOL IBE.

Email notifications in HTML as default

Where? In GOL IBE and TripGate. What's new? The settings of email notifications no longer include two separate sections for the text and HTML version of the email. They are replaced by a single section with the list of language versions.

When you click on EDIT, you'll get two separate fields for HTML and text template. The HTML version is now default so if it's filled, it's prioritized. How does that help me? It is now even easier to create notifications. You can leave the old text versions behind.
