Inspire and engage your customers. Offer rich content.

Increase revenue and save costs. Brand new tutorials.

Trip Manager speaks Thai

Where? In Trip Manager.

What's new? Trip Manager newly supports also Thai. All pages and the whole booking process are translated. Detailed descriptions of individual services remain in English. More languages to come.

How does that help me? More convenience for your Thai speaking travelers.

Sell ancillaries from Vietnam Airlines

Where? In Trip Manager. What's new? Our team keeps certifying more and more new ancillary services from different airlines. The most recent one is Vietnam Airlines (VN)..

How does that help me? Your customers get an even broader variety of ancillaries that they can purchase for air tickets booked via your travel agency. You can check details of supported services here.

Purchase of ancillaries for partially flown tickets

Where? In Trip Manager.

What's new? It is now possible to book ancillaries even for a partly flown trip.

How does that help me? Your travelers can newly purchase ancillaries at their destination even just for their return journey. This may come handy for example when they need extra baggage to bring something back home.

TripGate offers an app for iOS and Android

Where? In TripGate.

What's new? TripGate is now available also as a native app for iOS and Android. It offers all the corporate settings and options same as TripGate's web-based and mobile-responsive versions.

How does that help me? Your corporate travelers can quickly and easily plan trips and enjoy a high level of ergonomics on their smartphones.

Terms and Conditions as a URL

Where? In GOL IBE and TripGate.

What's new? You don't need to copy and paste your Terms and Conditions anymore. Instead, you can refer to your existing agency website.

How does that help me? You don't need to rewrite and update your commercial conditions, if you already have them posted somewhere else.
