What's new in November 2022

Exciting updates in Trip Manager, GOL IBE, GOL API a TCP Exchange.

Inspire and engage your customers. Increase revenue and save costs.

Offer rich content. Brand new explainer and tutorials.

Trip Manager speaks Italian

Where? In Trip Manager.

What's new? Trip Manager newly supports also Italian. All pages and the whole booking process are translated. Detailed descriptions of individual services remain in English. More languages to come.

How does that help me? More convenience for your Italian speaking travelers.

Promo codes

Where? In GOL IBE and GOL API. What's new? You can now set up discounts based on defined codes (vouchers). Your customers simply enter the received code before completing their booking to get the discount.

How does that help me? This new feature helps you create promotions and build a loyal customer base.

Non-standard passenger type codes

Where? In GOL IBE and GOL API.

What's new? Your customers can now search offers for special types of passengers such as ITX etc. You can define and use any PTC code.

How does that help me? Your booking tool becomes useful also for specific groups of passengers.

Travelport+ anytime, anywhere

Where? In GalileoTerminal.

What's new? We are excited to share our brand new animated explainer with you.

How does that help me? With GalileoTerminal, your Travelport+ is just a login away. Stay connected to your GDS on your PC, laptop, iPad or Android tablet. Your customers will love that you can help them anytime, anywhere.

Display Username in DI remarks

Where? In TCP Exchange.

What's new? You can now track which user made the relevant operation (electronic ticket issue (I), void (V), refund (R), exchange (E). TCP Exchange adds the username (email) into the DI line, followed by the operation type, the last four digits of the e-ticket number and the date of operation in the DDMMYY format. Thanks to this option, you can further track the operations via MIR or TBF files.

How does that help me? Because TCP Exchange now automatically adds the agent username, MIR reports are compiled quicker and are also more informative.
