What's new in October 2021
Exciting updates in Trip Manager and CEE Itinerary.

Trip Manager supports EMD issuance via BSP as a CASH payment
Where? In Trip Manager.
What's new? Trip Manager now allows you to issue EMDs with settlement via BSP as a cash payment. This was only possible with a payment card before.
How does that help me? In certain markets and for some customers, it is not possible to issue EMDs when using a payment card. In other words, it is not possible to purchase ancillary services in the GDS by payment cards. Even markets and customers with this limitation can now use Trip Manager.
Enhancements in CEE Itinerary
Where? In CEE Itinerary.
What's new? As almost every month, we bring you a fresh bunch of features and enhancements that make generating and handling itineraries for your travelers better, easier and faster:
Fare information can be displayed also just for selected travelers.
Baggage details are displayed for each individual traveler.
New language – we have added a template in Japanese.
The pop-up message Successfully sent is not shown when you preview and then discard a draft in Outlook.
The date of issue in the Ticket/coupon section is taken from the filed fare, if the ticket record is not available. This date replaces the related segment date which was used originally.
We have updated the help page on Sender settings.
How does that help me? Fare and baggage allowance details are now more precise when you need to generate itineraries just for selected travelers. Outlook users are no longer confused by the Successfully sent pop-up message when they discard an itinerary draft.
