What's new in July 2021

Exciting updates in GOL IBE, GOL Mobile, GOL API, TripGate, TripGate Mobile and Trip Manager.

Offer richer content to your customers. Increase revenue and save costs. Inspire and engage.

More Brand offers in TripGate

Where? In TripGate.

What's new? Also corporate travellers are still more and more demanding. When they book air tickets through your corporate booking tool, they want to find just the right flight and pricing option. And because TripGate now displays branded fares provided by Travelport+, they now can. All they need to do is to click on More Brands.

A matrix then pops up with more options, including the evaluation of the travel policy.

How does that help me? Your travellers will appreciate that you give them a booking tool with an even wider choice of flight options for their corporate trips.

Cancel button in the booking detail Where? In GOL IBE, GOL Mobile, TripGate & TripGate Mobile. What's new? Logged in travellers can cancel their bookings that they have listed under their account.

How does that help me? Thanks to this new cancellation button, travellers can service themselves and that means less work and saved time for your operators.

New rules for Service Fee settings Where? In GOL IBE, GOL Mobile, GOL API, TripGate & TripGate Mobile. What's new? In the Service Fee settings, you can now set the rules for a specific country.

You can also set the Cabin Class in several ways: whether the rule should be active for the set class and all higher classes, or only for the specified class, or whether the class should be used at least once in the itinerary.

How does that help me? These new Service Fee rules enable you to fine tune your pricing policy and charge according to the comfort of the purchased service.
