Details about baggage and ticket changeability at first glance
Where? In GOL IBE, GOL Mobile, GOL API and TripGate. What's new? For even better clarity, search results now also include the following service icons:
If the fare does not include baggage, "not included" is displayed instead of "0 pcs" and such results are marked with an icon of crossed-out baggage. The same goes for the variant selection tabs.
If the fare includes baggage, such results are marked with a baggage icon. The same goes for the variant selection tabs.
Variant selection tabs also include icons for ticket changeability.
How does that help me? Your travelers can navigate through search results more easily and choose the best option more quickly.
Enhancements in CEE Itinerary
Where? In CEE Itinerary. What's new? As almost every month, we bring you a fresh bunch of features and enhancements that make generating and handling itineraries for your travelers better, easier and faster. Version 1.13.5:
The itinerary configuration now offers several new date formats.
The bag allowance bug (all pax same bag) is corrected.
How does that help me? On whichever market you need to generate itineraries for your travelers, you can display dates in a relevant format. CEE Itinerary now supports all most common formats.
Where? In TripGate. What's new? We keep enhancing the admin console. You can now conveniently generate reports by yourself:
Air bookings report (list of bookings, itinerary, cheapest available fare, unrealised savings calculation and more)
Personal budget report (budget status, amount and expiration date)
Cost center budget report (budget status, amount and expiration date)
All reports are available in XLS and CSV format.
How does that help me? You can generate basic reports by yourself straight in the TripGate admin console and you're not dependant on the product support. You save time because this significantly shortens the period between your report request and its delivery.
User profiles & Cost centers log
Where? In TripGate. What's new? And we don't stop at the reporting module. To make your work easier, those of you who admin TripGate in your agency can display a log showing all changes done by your users in user profiles and cost centers. The log displays all details of such changes.
How does that help me? You can easily display important changes done by your users in their profiles or any cost center. The log gives you as TripGate admins more independency and you don't need to wait for answer from the product support.
Find better fares for existing bookings
Where? In CEE Repricer. What's new? We are excited to share our brand new animated explainer with you.
How does that help me? Learn within a single minute how CEE Repricer can help you find better fares for existing bookings. All you need to do is to set up your preferred parameters and then just sit back and wait for the savings.
Where? In Trip Manager. What's new? Trip Manager now supports amounts with decimal places.
How does that help me? Thanks to that, amounts don't need to be rounded and your travelers save money because they pay more accurate prices.
Trip Manager spricht Deutsch
Where? In Trip Manager. What's new? Na ja, Trip Manager newly also supports German. All pages and the whole booking process are translated. Detailed descriptions of individual services remain in English. More languages to come.
How does that help me? More convenience for your German-speaking travelers.
Sell ancillaries from Iberojet
Where? In Trip Manager. What's new? Our team keeps certifying more and more new ancillary services from different airlines. The most recent one is Iberojet (E9). This carrier has hubs in Portugal and Spain. It operates flights to Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Mauritius and Mexico.
How does that help me? Your customers get an even broader variety of ancillaries that they can purchase for air tickets booked via your travel agency. You can check details of supported services here.
