Exchange tickets anytime, anywhere
Most of you have certainly noticed the item Exchange in the main menu. Just click on it and you'll be redirected to TCP Exchange. This is a brand new platform and next generation of the popular GEM. Simply log in and proceed with the ticket exchange of the current PNR. If you're not a TCP user yet, just go to the bottom of the TCP login page and sign up.

Message of the day
New unread internal GT messages are now announced in a new way. You'll see them in a modal window right after you log in to GT. Just decide whether you want to mark them as read, or you want them to be displayed again. What's more, you can set up a validity date until which it's displayed as the Message of the day.
Value limit history in user profile
You'll find a new button called History under My profile – Value limit. Click it to see movements of your Value limit balance.
And here's what happens when you click the button:
Please ask your GT Agency/Country Admin to enable the Value limit history for your profile.
