NEW TRIPGATE RELEASE IS ON ITS WAY
We would like to share wonderful news with you. A new TripGate release is ready and about to be delivered to you during this week. We have prepared a bunch of usability improvements and bug fixes. Let us share some of them now, while a full change description is available below.
TRAVELPORT VIEWTRIP SECURITY ENHANCEMENT
When a user arrives at the Travelport ViewTrip website, they will be required to sign in using their Travelport ViewTrip profile. If the user has not created a Travelport ViewTrip profile yet, they will be prompted to create one. Once the user has signed in with their Travelport ViewTrip profile, they can then view their PNR bookings.
GUEST PROFILE IMPROVEMENT
For travel arranger convenience it is now possible to save frequent guest details in the database. Travel arranger can have guest details stored at the beginning and gets access always after login. Saved guest profiles are deleted, if the profile is not used for more than 90 days. Access to the guest profile is owned by the user who created it.
BUSINESS MOBILE CHANGE
To make the booking process quicker, we have renamed the field Business mobile to Contact mobile and made it mandatory. When a user logs in, a pop-up message informs that personal profile information needs to be updated in order to continue with booking. Since update is done, the Contact number will be automatically filled in Personal form while booking.
