TripGate – Branded Fares

BRANDED FARES ARE COMING TO TRIPGATE

Branded Fares is TripGate's new key feature helping you differentiate offers by packaging fares and services into branded products. This merchandising tool allows airlines to personalise their offer resulting in increased revenues, both for airlines and travel agencies. Very soon, your customers are going to have the possibility to choose among brands from over 200 carriers supported in Galileo GDS.

SEARCH RESULTS

This feature brings you a completely new experience and approach in air ticket booking. The most important information about luggage and price is instantly displayed on your screen. Users are allowed to quickly go through all available connections and offers.

BOOKING

When a user chooses a suitable option by hitting the 'More fares' button, a full matrix with brands and services is loaded. Now, a preferred brand needs to be selected and right after that the booking process continues as usual.

RE-BOOKING

There is a new possibility to renew a cancelled or expired booking by clicking on the 'Rebook' button. The button sends a request to the GDS to get all available fares for the given flights. A new process of trip acceptance will start again as travel policy compliance might have changed.

USER EXPERIENCE

Our team has significantly improved user interface of search results to provide you with a clear overview and better arranged options. With the matrix view, there is no doubt about the services included in ticket price. We have designed unique and recognisable icons and went even further with pop-up hints showing descriptions where it might be needed.
