Dear GOL IBE users, we have several new enhancements for you.

1. Display prices in other currencies

If you have customers who can better understand prices in another than the default curency, let them switch the currencies in the Search results. The exchange rate is automatically updated according to the GDS.

2. Contacts in all bookings

Each reservation now contains contact information in the CTCM, CTCE format. In case of crisis situations, this is the contact to be used by airlines, and it is already required by them in many cases.

3. New booking information update

In the past weeks, we have switched all GOL IBE accounts to the new system of booking information updates. Before that, you could only see information on e-ticketing, or on booking cancellation done manually through Galileo Desktop/Smartpoint. This information was available in the GOL IBE back office, list of bookings of logged in users and list of bookings in GOL Mobile. From now on, we’re doing a full update which means that if you reprice the booking or change it completely, the up-to-date status will be shown everywhere.
