Dear clients and partners,
Internet Explorer has been replaced with Chrome for Smartpoint 7.0. As both GEM and GRM (Global Refund Manager) are based on Internet Explorer, they must be reloaded first.
When you use the >#GEM< entry, you will get an error message with the new link.
The reinstallation is done in 2 steps:
To reload GEM, click on “this link” shown in the error message window.
Restart Galileo including Smartpoint.
Open GEM again using the #GEM entry in Smartpoint.
