  • 📄 EMD document number
    The EMD number is now included in the SSR section of itineraries, offering instant proof of payment for ancillary services – especially useful during check-in or customer support.
  • 🌐 Trip Manager branding
    Customize your Trip Manager URL and link label to deliver a branded experience to your travelers.

And there's more – available to all users:

  • ✉️ Plain-text email body
    Itinerary emails now include a plain-text version for improved readability and better deliverability.
  • ☁️ Online templates
    Templates are now delivered directly from the cloud, so you always get the latest version – no installation needed.
  • 🧩 New placeholders
    Two new placeholders are now supported: PHOrgCityNameAndCountryCode and PHDesCityNameAndCountryCode.
