Galileoterminal 3.4 version released

Dear GT user,

please allow us to inform you that new version of the GT3 and GTM has been launched recently. Please find below the basic description of the enhancements that were delivered with this version.

Itinerary Comments

• new field for agency's notes has been added to the itinerary
• HTML editor allows agent to enter a comment in customized design
• the exact position of the comment can be selected

GT Mail

• HTML editor now enables creation of customized messages
• files can be attached
• agent can address the message to the Country Administrator

GT eTracker

• the refresh of status of all displayed coupons is now available by one click

Calendar

• full (12 months) and shortened (3 months) versions are now available

Agency Administrator

• new level of the GT access has been defined
• Agency Administrator can assist agents with password resets, check of the correct host Sign-on, itinerary settings etc.
• it will reduce the amount of such requests directed to overloaded Country Administrators

Statistics and Agency settings

• statistics and agency settings are now available for Country Administrator
• statistics of typed commands of particular agent can be a great tool when agent needs an assistance with the host entries
• agency settings can be checked and adjusted in cases when GTIR auto-upload or Itinerary settings done by an agent are not correct

All enhancements are available in GT3 for standard browsers, but some of them are not available in GTM because of certain limitations of the iPad. Please study Product Overview documents for further details.
