What is the license policy in the air ticket part of GalileoOnline?

The application is divided into two basic versions according to the agency sales objectives:

The LITE version includes a full-bodied Internet reservation system that completes requirements for air tickets and other travel services sale through Internet shops.

The STANDARD version is a modifiable (extensible) version of the system with a possibility to integrate various additional functionalities. This can be done by means of ready-made Modules and customized changes of design and functionalities.

Both versions have all necessary functionalities to solve any business case.

Description of our basic reservation process

1. Search form

The search form can be fully integrated into the homepage of the agency.

2. Search results page

The search results are always clear and easy.

• More time possibilities for every price offer
• Possibility of preselecting airlines on certain destinations

3. Search in around days – results

It is possible to integrate the search for "around days".  If the client searches the best price then playing with dates is the best solution that enables us to provide the best price.  

4. Chosen itinerary, price, payment and delivery details. Booking completed.

After finalising the reservation, the agency as well as the client will obtain a clear itinerary.  GOL is connected to more payment gateways, which can be used in more countries. If the payment is made through such payment gateway, the electronic ticket will be issued authomatically.

GOL has its own BackOffice system for reservations management and applications settings.

The main possibilities of application settings are:

• Fully adjustable and editable notifications in HTML or in Plaint text
